Service Schedules Library

These Service Schedules are incorporated by reference into Customer’s Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) with Upstream Tech, Inc.
Each selected service in a Customer’s Payments & Services document corresponds to one of the Service Schedules listed below.
Only the services checked and executed on that document apply; all others are excluded. Updates to schedules apply to new agreements and
renewals after their effective date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Individual Service Schedules may be updated independently and carry their own effective dates.
Note: The “Project & Engineering Specialists” Schedule is included in all Customer agreements by default and governs any approved project or out-of-scope work performed by Next IT Solutions.
